Everybody’s talking about . . .

Please join me in a discussion about what’s on your mind these days. Our neighbors have been talking with me, and they are concerned about

Good Services

Is the City setting its priorities right? In these tough economic times, where is our money going, and is it in the right areas? Are we maintaining the parks and streets adequately? Are we taking care of those among us in need? What do you think?

Strong Neighborhoods

Downtown and near-downtown development has been in the news quite a bit lately, but some of our neighbors are concerned about these new buildings. They want to know if their streets will be widened because of increased traffic. They want to keep traffic from cutting through their residential streets. With budget constraints, they are concerned that the City will continue to provide for their safety.

There is always a lot going on, and it’s hard to keep up. What new developments are on the horizon? Will there ever be a park downtown? What happened to the greenway? What about Argo Pond? Dam In? Dam Out? And what’s happening with Stadium Bridge?

Healthy Businesses

No one expects to see businesses fail, but we are not immune to economic downturns. The State cuts our funding. Where do we find more money for programs? People lose their jobs – will we have empty houses? And what was with that income tax proposal, anyway?

I may not have all the answers,
but I need to hear from you.

I’m here to work for you.

Any questions?

Please come talk with me; I’m listening.
